By placing an order through the Chicky Chuppy website ("chickychuppy.com"), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.
1. Order Acceptance
All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where items are unavailable, pricing errors have occurred, or we are unable to fulfil the order for any reason.
2. Pickup Orders
Orders are for pickup only at our store location: Shop 17 Charles St Plaza, Adelaide SA 5000. You must collect your order at or around the requested pickup time. We are not responsible for any deterioration in food quality if orders are not collected promptly.
Pickup times are estimates only. Actual preparation times may vary depending on order volume, kitchen capacity, and other factors beyond our control. We do not guarantee that your order will be ready at the exact requested pickup time. Orders may be delayed due to high demand, staffing, equipment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By submitting payment, you authorise us to charge the total amount shown at checkout.
While we make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy, errors may occur. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.
4. Refunds & Cancellations
Once an order has been placed and payment has been processed, cancellations may not always be possible, particularly if preparation has already begun.
Refunds are processed at our sole discretion. If a refund is approved, please allow up to 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution. We are not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment processors.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from order delays, cancellations, or refund processing times.
5. Food Allergies & Dietary Requirements
Our kitchen handles common allergens including but not limited to gluten, soy, eggs, sesame, and nuts. While we take care to minimise cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that any item is free from allergens. If you have a food allergy or dietary requirement, please contact us before ordering. Chicky Chuppy accepts no liability for allergic reactions.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chicky Chuppy, its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the use of this website, the placing of orders, or the consumption of our food products. This includes, without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
